Anne Dranitsaris, Ph. D.Anne Dranitsaris, PhD., is a clinical psychotherapist, corporate therapist, and consultant in private practice in Pickering, Ontario. Anne has her doctorate in philosophy from the Open International University for Complementary Medicine (WHO). She completed her psychotherapy training at the Centre for Training in Psychotherapy (Toronto) and studied at the Masterson Institute for Disorders of the Self (New York). She is also a graduate of the International School for Spiritual Sciences (Montreal). Anne attended Ryerson University and the Institute for Management Training for organizational development and management studies. She has also completed postgraduate programs in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Spiritual Self-Schema Development, and Alternate Dispute Resolution. She has recently received her certificate from the University of Toronto Faculty of Social Work upon completion of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Professional Training. During her career, Anne has studied psychology and spirituality from many interfaith institutions, as well as religious studies at the University of Toronto. She has also studied and practiced yoga, Buddhist and Vedic philosophy and psychology for more than 30 years. Her approach is holistic: integrating psychodynamic techniques with spiritual psychology to enhance healing and to help clients identify, emerge and actualize their authentic nature. In addition to her ongoing clinical practice, Anne worked as Clinical Director for Nutritional Body Care, a women's health clinic, and Director of Development for Seroyal International, a natural pharmaceutical company. Anne’ professional accreditations include certification in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy and numerous other clinical methodologies. She is also a Registered Massage Therapist and Nutritional Consultant. A frequently published writer and speaker on a broad range of topics on behaviour, emotional intelligence and personality styles and their impact in the workplace, Anne works with leaders and teams in organizations to help develop emotional intelligence, behavioural competence, and relationship skills. She also provides business relationship coaching and counselling for individuals who are experiencing difficulties with their business because of conflict in primary business relationships (partners, leadership groups, boards, etc.). Anne also provides behavioural assessment services to organizations. She is certified to administer a number of psychometric assessment instruments including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (Step I and II), the BarOn EQ-i® (Emotional Intelligence Indicator) and the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument among other assessments. She has authored a series of books on personality type based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®: "The Personality Profile Series" books are used to help individuals in coaching and counselling to understand themselves, their environment, their partners, and their children.
